Terms of Service

01 Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using StallConnect ("App"), you ("Stall Owner", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is operated by Bhive Technologies, Tamil Nadu, India.

02 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a registered stall owner or exhibitor at an event managed through StallConnect
• Your account must be created by an authorised event organiser or platform administrator
• You must have a valid Indian mobile number

03 Account Responsibility

• Your credentials (mobile number and pass code) are personal and confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@stallconnect.in if you suspect unauthorised access
• Do not share your pass code with others

04 Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Scan visitor QR passes at events
• View and manage your captured leads
• Classify leads and add notes
• Send WhatsApp follow-up messages to visitors
• Export your lead data
• View your stall analytics

05 Prohibited Use

• Use the App for any purpose other than legitimate business lead management
• Contact visitors for purposes unrelated to the event
• Use visitor data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing
• Share visitor contact information with third parties without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App or platform
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform
• Violate any applicable Indian law including the DPDP Act, IT Act, and consumer protection laws

06 Visitor Data Responsibility

As a stall owner, you are a data processor for visitor personal information. You agree to:

• Use visitor data only for follow-up related to the event
• Not retain visitor data beyond what is necessary
• Not sell or transfer visitor data to third parties
• Comply with all applicable data protection laws
• Respect visitors who request not to be contacted

07 Intellectual Property

The StallConnect name, logo, and platform are owned by Bhive Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand without written permission.

08 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use visitor data improperly
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour
• No longer participate in an active event

09 Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during high-traffic event periods
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of lead information entered by users

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bhive Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
